PureGym has agreed to acquire NonStop Gym, one of Switzerland's largest fitness groups, for £235m. The deal marks the UK gym operator's move to expand its presence beyond the domestic market into Europe.
The acquisition is part of PureGym's broader strategy to grow internationally and increase its footprint outside the United Kingdom.
