The Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed a N170 million contract suit brought by Micheleti & Tal Ltd against the Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment and Zenith Bank. The claim related to the award of a contract for rehabilitation of the Lagos International Trade Fair Complex, with origins dating to October 14, 2005.
The court's ruling means Zenith Bank has been cleared of the contractor's allegations in the dispute.
